About Me
Hi! I’m Grace Quinn Ding. I’m a 29-year-old artist with a background in pre-visual art & design and administrative support. By day, I am a tattoo apprentice and work as an insurance agent running my own agency, and by night, I’m focused on continuing to develop my portfolio and technical skills with a focus on illustration and concept art for the entertainment industry.
At age 23, I enrolled in Orange Coast College’s Entertainment Art program to follow my life's passion for the arts. I quickly gravitated toward character design and illustration as a way to express myself, my stories, and the stories of others. My goal is to create compelling designs that are emotionally resonant that connects with people.
If I'm not at the tattoo studio or painting, you can find me playing League of Legends, Magic: The Gathering, or exploring San Diego with my dogs. My experience working with animals, along with navigating personal challenges, has shaped me into a patient, empathetic team member who’s comfortable stepping into leadership roles when needed.
